You can contact our Customer Service at 718-445-2444 to cancel your order. In order to provide the best customer service, we usually ship our orders fast. However, if the order is already shipped, we cannot stop the shipment. Also, we may not be able to cancel the order until we get the item back to us before any refund can be processed.

  1. Do I have to pay taxes when I place an order with

Since we ship out of New York, we follow the rules and regulations of the New York City and state when it comes to collecting sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to New York City and state addresses only on clothing and footwear that cost $110.00 and above. If the sale price is under $110.00, no sales tax will be collected. For accessories, sales tax will be collected, regardless of the price. This is only for the residents of New York.

  1. Does process back orders?


We do not process backorders. If, for any reason, the item purchased is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to notify you and ask you if you would like to replace the item(s) or if we should cancel the order and refund your account.

  1. Can I pick up my item from the MJ Footwear store?


Yes, you can pick up any items you have purchased from our Queens location during our business hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

After an order is placed, it is packed, and a shipping label and tracking number are generated. We will send you an email with your tracking number, which will allow you to track your order with the corresponding shipper.
