Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 90 days from the date of the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unscratched and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box or bag, with all the brand tags.
How can I get a shipping label for return?
You will get a form to fill up to get a return-shipping label for each item (not available on items shipped from APO/FPO locations or outside the 50 US states) filling the return form.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds are not granted for:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or without brand tags.
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Will I be refunded for shipping charges?
Unfortunately, we do not refund for shipping fees.
How can I do an Exchange?
Can I Return a gift that someone purchased to me?
For returning an item that you got as a gift is easy and smooth transaction, call our customer service at 718-445-2444 or email us at email@example.com. In order to return instructions you’ll be asked some information about the order such as first and last name of the person who placed the order and email address, or the order number if you have it in order to pull out the order information.
Once we receive the gift item back we’ll issue a refund back to the purchaser’s method of payment, we will not issue a store credit for a gift item. However, we gladly can exchange for another item.
What if I received the wrong item purchased or the wrong size?
If you receive you order with the wrong style, color or size sent to you, we would issue a return label to take it back immediately for exchange or a full refund.
